Galina's Art Gallery
Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands has made it impossible for me to take a million photo’s of it in all it’s glory. The sunset magic hour, wind rippling through the palm fronds in the afternoon, giant starfish at the bottom of the glassy sea, and spectacular cloud formations against the blue sky connects me deeply to the earth and the oneness. I am compelled to share this incredible beauty and these experiences with you.
My Grace Bay Beach photos are printed on canvas known as Giclée . I like the dreamy effect and that my prints sometimes look like oil paintings. I love when people walk up to them and want to touch them. I am using my cell phone rather than camera’s so that I can take the shots when they are there, unplanned, and I can capture the moment. I then use an app to crop the photo’s to get the image that I want to focus in on. At times, I do use some of the other app options, but honestly, very few.
